Patek has developed a new movement for the new Calatrava model. The 30-255 PS hand-wound caliber has an impressive diameter of 30.4 mm (filling well the space in the case) and is only 2.55 mm thick. It has a power reserve of 65 hours accumulated in two adjacent barrels, springs that "open" simultaneously, providing a smoother and more stable power transfer. The balance of the caliber, the Gyromax, operates at a frequency of 4 Hz and is equipped with a stop function that makes it much easier to set the time accurately. Thanks to the Patek Philippe seal, the mechanism measures time.with an accuracy of -3 / +2 seconds per day. Added to this, of course, is the top-quality aesthetics - bridges adorned with Geneva stripes and polished edges.
Both Calatrava Ref.6119 are paired with shiny alligator straps with gold buckles. The watch was priced at 25,800 euros.
